This is my favorite meal…I am generally hungriest in the middle of the day…this could be my midwestern farmer genes but most likely it’s because I am pretty active and I eat light in the morning. I have a good lunch and an afternoon snack and I just don’t need a big dinner (although after dinner sweets are my achilles heel)
Most of the time my lunch consists of leftovers from dinner – I spend so much time on dinner and snacks I have to take my wins where I can. Plus…I love the foods I choose for dinner so why wouldn’t I want to eat them again?
